Environmental Documentation - 2009

• Gathering of public input
• Technical studies to determine environmental impact of the project
• Field surveys and preliminary Roadway and Bridge design

Design Phase – 2009/2010

• Preparation of Final Roadway Design Plans
• Preparation of Final Structural Plans for Bridges

Construction Phase - 2010-2012

• Construction of new roadways and modifications of existing intersections
